Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our properties and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, providing information on leasing, maintenance, billing, and policies
  • Address tenant concerns with empathy, resolve issues, or escalate as needed, and ensure tenant satisfaction through follow-ups
  • Receive and log maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and track the completion of service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and generate reports on common issues and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with teams to improve tenant experience, share feedback, and assist in communications like newsletters and policy updates

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 3 months in customer service, property management, or related field; call center experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
