High-Level Overview 

ATP is building a talent pool of Francophone Transaction, Finance, and Legal Experts to support infrastructure and energy projects across West and Central Africa. 

These roles will support project structuring, financial modelling, procurement processes, and legal advisory across PPP and IPP frameworks. 

Role and Responsibilities

Role: Transaction, Finance & Legal Experts
Direct Report:
Project Lead / Client Representative 

Key Deliverables: 
  • Provide transaction advisory support across PPP and IPP projects  
  • Develop and review financial models and investment structures  
  • Support procurement design and bid evaluation processes  
  • Draft and review legal and contractual documentation  
  • Support negotiations with government, investors, and developers  
  • Provide strategic recommendations on project structuring and bankability 

Requirements

Experience Required: 
  • 10–20 years of experience in transaction advisory, project finance, or legal advisory  
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure or energy projects 
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong financial modelling capability  
  • Experience with PPP / IPP structures  
  • Legal expertise in infrastructure contracts (for legal profiles)  
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and international best practices 
Other Skills: 
  • Strong negotiation capability  
  • High-level stakeholder management  
  • Structured analytical and reporting capability

Flexible to travel within or outside the country when needed
