Your tasks:

- Monitor defined KPIs continuously via the Quality Dashboard to identify operational blind spots and deviations at an early stage.
- Prepares audit-relevant documentation and actively supports external provider and measure audits in accordance with AZAV.
- Review the correct documentation of complaints and incidents at a meta-level to minimize risk as part of incident governance.
- Develop and maintain QM templates, checklists, and guidelines that preventively eliminate error sources and strengthen departmental accountability.
- Advise operational departments on regulatory gray areas and conduct sound preliminary analyses for the Lead QM.
- Disseminate findings from internal and external audits to the respective departments and assist in translating these insights into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You bring to Lingoda:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education Management, Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational quality management or compliance role, ideally within the state-funded education sector in accordance with AZAV.
- Proven Audit and QM competence, ideally supported by certification as a Quality Management Officer (e.g., TÜV / ISO 9001) or Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/AZAV).
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management and specific technical expertise regarding regulatory requirements in accordance with AZAV.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset for conducting risk-oriented spot checks and identifying patterns.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate unambiguous findings in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner for the departments.
- Experience in measure implementation, particularly in conducting internal audits and maintaining process documentation.
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2+).
