Job Overview

What you will do:

  • Create diverse, exciting and innovative menus that align with the Bobobox brand and cater to guests' preferences

  • Effectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastage

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally

  • Implement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitability

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous

  • Min. 1 (one) year of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departments

  • Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Cikole, West Java
