ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Summary:
Responsible for Pack, weigh and label of finished good items for shipment or storage based on the instructions. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging to ensure items are well packed for shipment or internal storage.
Responsibilities:
Packing of Finished Goods received from the Factory as per the Instructions of the supervisor.
Maintain the Packing Section clean all the time
Preparation of Boxes and cut Plywood safely for the deliveries of shipments or storage as per Instructions of warehouse supervisor
Proper use of goods of packaging and packaging materials.
Maintain Equipment in Packing Section and inform the supervisor if any maintenance is required.
Weighing the packages and labeling them appropriately as per the requirements and instructions.
Inspect packages to ensure they are not damaged and replace the boxes if needed.
Keep complete records and maintain logbook of all materials that go through the packaging section
Make sure the outdoing delivery inspection being done before shipment
Proper use of safety gears like shoes and gloves.
In case of any Accident immediately inform supervisor.
Coordinate any additional tasks given by supervisor
About You
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in General Mechanics or Machine Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in goods packaging in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
A ‘COC’ certification is a plus.

The Position is open to Ethiopian Nationals only.
The placement date for the position shall be effective March 2026GC.
Location – TSE Factory, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary – Attractive
