Job Summary
We are a global smart mobility SaaS company serving over 2 million subscribers across 23 countries. We are seeking a Collections Manager to lead our collections operations, drive performance, and enhance departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in collection strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise the collections call center and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of the team.
  • Review and approve credit notes, refunds, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Generate reports and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Track team productivity and manage performance-related matters.
  • Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Collections Manager, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
