Your Mission: 

As Head of Customer Service, you’ll be a driving force behind our transformation agenda. You’ll lead strategic change initiatives, optimize large-scale partner operations, and shape the future of customer experience through innovation and technology. This role is pivotal in evolving our service model, enhancing efficiency, and delivering value across all Nordic markets. This position requires some travel, as our customer service operations are based in Poland. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead transformation across systems, processes, and partner operations 
  • Lead a team of 8 experienced Customer Success professionals 
  • Manage and develop large vendor partnerships with a focus on performance, scalability, and innovation 
  • Own CS KPIs, budget, and strategic outcomes across Nordic markets 
  • Drive data-led decision making and continuous improvement 
  • Champion the use of technology to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to grow CS as a sales channel, reduce churn, complaints, and friction points Integrate service-led sales strategies into the customer journey 
  • Shape our contact strategy, channel mix, and automation roadmap 
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks
