Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Head of PR to lead and elevate our global Public Relations function. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on PR leader who will define and execute an international communication strategy, strengthen our reputation across key B2B markets, and ensure a consistent and influential brand presence worldwide.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for shaping and driving SOFTSWISS’s external communications across global regions. Your mission is to build a strong international media presence, lead a high-performing PR & SMM team, and ensure that all public communication — from thought leadership to crisis response — amplifies the company’s strategic goals and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and implement the PR strategy with a strong focus on international media presence, reputation building in alignment with the business goals
  • Lead and develop the PR & SMM function, ensuring efficient and consistent communication, clear priorities, and high-quality delivery
  • Manage internal and external media projects, including thought leadership, reputation, and initiatives, anti-crisis communications
  • Oversee international media relations and coordinate PR campaigns across key global regions
  • Supervise social media strategy and ensure alignment between PR messages and content across all platforms
  • Monitor media performance and market trends, refine strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Brand, Events, Product and other teams to maintain unified communication

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in PR or Communications, including proven team leadership experience
  • Strong track record in international PR and executing multi-market campaigns for B2B companies
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or other B2B-focused industries
  • Excellent communication and editorial skills; Advanced English (C1–C2)
  • Experience managing international agencies and coordinating cross-market communication processes
  • Strategic thinking, proactive approach, and results-oriented mindset
