Senior Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join Confluence’s in‑house Legal team, supporting a fast‑growing, global fintech business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting SaaS contracts over the line, working directly with Sales and Finance, and acting as a trusted commercial partner in a regulated environment. You will have real autonomy, exposure to complex international deals, and the opportunity to shape how the Legal function supports the business as it continues to scale.

Essential requirements
• 7+ years’ experience as a paralegal within an in‑house legal team, ideally in SaaS, software or technology services
• Extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating SaaS and professional services agreements
• Strong commercial judgment with the confidence to engage directly with customer legal and procurement teams
• Experience supporting Sales, Deal Desk and Finance in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and escalate risk appropriately
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using tools such as Salesforce and DocuSign

Desirable requirements
• Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with data privacy and information security terms in SaaS contracts
• Exposure to KYC AML or due diligence processes
• Experience supporting global legal teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Interest in improving contract processes, templates and legal workflows
