Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 + production (no negative accrual)
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus for experienced veterinarians
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Experienced General Practice or Emergency Veterinarian
Active Tennessee veterinary license preferred (licensure transfer assistance available)
Interest in emergency medicine, urgent care, and surgery
Surgical experience
