About the team
Our team is growing! To support our rapid development, we are expanding our HR Operations team and looking for a dedicated professional to join us on-site at our office in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle with our external partner; oversee social security movements and benefit vendor relations.
Legal Compliance: Draft employment contracts, manage termination letters, and ensure all processes align with Cyprus labor law.
Immigration: Oversee right-to-work verifications and visa/residency status for international hires.
Employee Lifecycle: Lead the administrative side of onboarding/offboarding, from documentation to equipment retrieval.
Data & Reporting: Maintain the HR database, track metrics (turnover, headcount), and use Jira to automate department workflows.
Audit & D&I: Coordinate annual HR audits and monitor diversity metrics to meet statutory requirements.
What makes you the perfect fit
5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Advanced knowledge of Cyprus labor law and payroll procedures.
Professional English fluency (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and experience handling confidential data.
Experience with Jira or workflow automation tools is a plus.
Will be a plus
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
