About the role

Internship Start: June 2026 
Internship End: August 2026 

The EPR Operations Intern will support procurement, logistics, audit, and operational activities by assisting with inspections, documentation, contract and data management, SOP updates, and day-to-day administrative tasks across ongoing projects. 
  • Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, preparing RFQs, and maintaining corporate rate information. 
  • Support logistics coordination. 
  • Assist with maintaining audit logs, conducting inspections, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives. 
  • Assist with maintain Health & Safety documentation and inspection records 
  • Support operations through field inspections, contract reviews, and contract data collection and organization. 
  • Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects 
  • Support administrative and operational activities 
  •  Regular travel within Ontario by vehicle is required for this position. 

What we need from you

  • Currently enrolled in University or College and working towards a degree or diploma. 
  • Knowledge of the environmental services sector would be an asset.  
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.  
  • Highly organized. 
  • Competent when working independently, and on a team.
