We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to play a critical role in shaping how global deals are structured, validated, and delivered. This is more than a transactional role—it’s an opportunity to directly influence revenue integrity and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

  • Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes
  • Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and contractual alignment
  • Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams
  • Approve, query, or reject opportunities with clear rationale
  • Support month-end activities, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Act as a senior escalation point, mentoring junior team members and helping manage workload

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

✅ Essentials

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
  • Solid understanding of finance or revenue operations principles  
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven experience reviewing contracts and performing reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, data validation)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

⭐ Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Deal Desk environments 
  • Exposure to SaaS contracts (ARR, MRR, renewals, pricing models)
  • Background in data analysis or reporting
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment
