We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success within our business.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success within our business.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven retail management experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Deliver excellent customer service standards
- Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a customer facing role.
- Proven experience of effectively leading a team.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent coaching & development skills
- Commercial awareness with a customer focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Patience and ability to remain clam in stressful situations
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
