Summary of Role
Lead the governance and end-to-end management of Anthesis Group’s global compensation and benefits offering, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our business strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full equity lifecycle, including vesting, exercises, and terminations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and a seamless employee experience through Dealstack. 
  • Maintain robust compliance and governance frameworks, including plan documentation and audit trails, in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Deliver insightful analytics and guidance to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving reward strategy.
  • Manage and evolve the global benefits offering, driving improvements in local policies while progressing towards greater global harmonisation.
  • Collaborate with local/regional stakeholders and external providers (e.g., brokers, insurers) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including a strong focus on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and proactively evolve pay structures.
  • Apply deep expertise in market benchmarking and best practices to maintain competitive and equitable reward programmes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • At least 6 years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global, international environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing global frameworks and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, across both numerical and written work.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI experience a plus.
  • Strong business fluency in English.
  • Experience within a UK Private Equity environment and project management expertise are advantageous.
