We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Linwood site for an initial period of 6 months, with the potential to be made permanent.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers and handle customer enquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with all customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to customers over the phone, email & letter
- Resolving customer queries/complaints to customers satisfaction
- Update all relevant systems with accurate information, including supplier portals
- Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required
- Keep customers updated with the status of their request
- Run customer/business reports as and when required
- Working as part of a team and sharing workloads
- Cleansing customer records to ensure information is up to date

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- IT literate, with good knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Positive, approachable, and team-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable.
Desirable:
- Experience in transport, customer service or previous office experience would be desirable but not essential
