About the opportunity
This position is based in our Adelaide branch. As our Service Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership to ensure customer and team satisfaction within the Adelaide branch.
Success in this role means ensuring the profitability and efficiency of the branch.
As a senior leader for the Adelaide branch, you’ll make an impact by:
- Developing, communicating and executing plans and objectives at a Service level
- Assisting with the formulation and implementation of a strategic business plan for the branch
- Achievement of budget, profitability and growth
- Developing new business and customers within SA
- Developing long-term relationships with clients
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences and industry functions
- Maintaining and growing our current customer base in the region
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous service/hire industry experience
- A background in mining or manufacturing
- A high degree of mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Have current Australian working rights
- A proactive commitment to safety protocols

- Be tertiary or trade qualified
