We are looking for a Vehicle Data Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about the automotive industry, love working with tech, and have a sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies, this is the perfect entry point to kickstart your career—no prior experience or automotive qualifications required!
What you'll be doing?
- Perform Quality Control Data Checks: Review our vehicles alongside our system data to ensure all specifications, factory-fitted options, and vehicle details are 100% accurate.
- Log Vehicle Information: Swiftly and accurately log inspection details into our digital software platform.
- Provide Cross-Department Feedback: Spot a mistake or a missing detail? You'll flag inconsistencies to help our Buying and Operations teams stay aligned.
- Support the Production Fleet: Keep things moving by assisting with essential hands-on tasks, including moving cars between facilities, inspecting vehicles, and vehicle detailing/washing to ensure they shine for our customers.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- No experience? No problem! You don't need a background in data or cars - just a strong eagerness to learn about the automotive industry and how a tech-first dealership operates.
- You are naturally observant and pride yourself on accuracy.
- You are comfortable using digital tools (experience with iPads or Apple products is a plus!).
- You are punctual, have a "can-do" attitude, and enjoy working as part of a busy, supportive team.
- You hold a valid, clean Australian driver's licence (bonus points if you can drive both manual and automatic cars!).
