Your role:
The Global Senior Marketing Designer supports the delivery of high-quality brand and marketing design across digital, print, and event channels. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, this role focuses on executing creative work, managing projects effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure outputs align with brand standards and business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Alignment 
  • Understand the commercial and strategic goals of projects and how design supports them. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Design to deliver design solutions aligned with company objectives. 
  • Take creative direction and feedback from the Head of Brand Design and apply it effectively across projects
Creative Execution 
  • Deliver high-quality design across a range of materials, including digital assets, print, presentations, marketing collateral, and event materials. 
  • Develop concepts within defined project scope, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency and quality
Project & Workload Management 
  • Manage personal workload and support the wider Brand Design team to meet deadlines. 
  • Assist in prioritising tasks and balancing short-term requests with longer-term projects. 
  • Communicate progress clearly and flag risks or challenges early. 
  • Support the coordination of production processes, including print and event collateral, working with external vendors where required
Collaboration & Contribution 
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions. 
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to the creative process. 
  • Stay up to date with design trends and tools, applying relevant learnings to work
Team Support & Development 
  • Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing with junior team members. 
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team environment. 
  • Assist the Head of Brand Design in maintaining effective team workflows and processes

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe and/or Apple creative suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) 
  • A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout and composition. 
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
