As a Business Analyst on this programme, you’ll be the connective tissue between our UK&I business teams and our offshore engineering squads. You’ll translate real business problems into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring our engineers understand not just what we’re building — but why it matters.
Your New Role
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Shaping product roadmaps into meaningful, deliverable functionality that creates measurable value.
Gathering and analysing requirements to help us design smarter, simpler, more effective processes.
Acting as the bridge between UK&I stakeholders and offshore engineering teams — ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared understanding.
Building strong relationships across Product, Architecture, Technology, and offshore delivery partners.
Creating high‑quality artefacts such as process models, user journeys, personas, and shaping documents that bring requirements to life.
Supporting offshore teams day‑to‑day, including attending scrums, answering questions, and keeping delivery momentum high.
Tracking progress, surfacing risks, and working closely with the Agile Coach to keep teams moving in the right direction.
Rolling up your sleeves for occasional hands‑on testing during the project lifecycle.
Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously — because this programme moves fast.
