Key Responsibilities
- Advising guests on their choice of food and beverages
- Selling and recommending selected wines
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
- Various cashier duties (Micros system)
- Daily mise en place tasks
- Managing your own station in the Neora restaurant
- Serving food and beverages
- Participating in weekly training sessions
- Working according to Kempinski standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- You are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleagues
- Very good knowledge of Greek, German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
