Key Responsibilities
As our Management Trainee - HR Analyst, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
HR Analytics & Workforce planning
- Develop & prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics) for an organisation of more than 20k employees.
- Support monthly reporting, track headcount and workforce data.
- Help with budget tracking and improve reporting tools.
- Partner with HR teams at Property, Regional & Corporate level.
HR Data Management
- Perform data entry, validation, and clean-up in HR systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Support HR Systems updates and data governance processes
Executive Presentations
- Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership
- Translate data into clear and structured insights
- Support HR materials for executive meetings
Projects & Process Improvement
- Contribute to HR projects and analytics initiatives
- Support development of tools, templates, and processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Keen interest in HR analytics and compensation
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas required)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis
- Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to present data effectively and clearly
- Hands-on approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
