Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Service: Prepare and serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverages with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Host Behind the Bar: Deliver a warm and sophisticated welcome to our guests, engaging with them to ensure an exceptional bar experience.
- Bar Operations: Assist with daily bar prep, restock, maintaining cleanliness, and strictly following hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service during busy peak hours.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Solid Bar Background: Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel bar, or cocktail lounge.
- Strong Beverage Knowledge: Sound understanding of classic cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and general beverage service.
- Guest-Centric: Professional manners, a polished look, and the ability to thrive under pressure with a positive attitude.
