Key Responsibilities
- Design & Craft: Create, develop, and execute signature luxury cocktails with precision, flair, and cutting-edge mixology techniques.
- Storytelling: Bring our menu to life by sharing the inspiration behind our drinks, incorporating the unique history of our 13th-century monastery and custom-brewed St. Thomas Beer.
- Elevate Guest Experience: Provide a warm, sophisticated, and tailor-made experience for our international guests, offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain Excellence: Maintain impeccable bar organization, active stock control, and flawless presentation standards behind the bar.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Mixology Expertise: Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, modern mixology trends, homemade syrups, infusions, and pairings.
