About the role
We’re looking for a Culture & Engagement Lead to own the programs that make working here feel connected, celebrated, and consistent across all of our hubs. This is a strategic, hands-on role: you’ll design and run our culture, events, recognition, and milestone programs end-to-end, and you’ll shape how the People team shows up for a distributed, multi-hub workforce.
This is not a hub-specific role. As we move to a rotation-based model, you’ll build programs that scale across locations rather than serving a single office — partnering with local hub experts as knowledge resources while owning the global standard yourself.
You’ll travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground, so easy EU travel mobility is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Culture & events — Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging and connection across a distributed team.
- Recognition & milestones — Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more) that feel personal at any headcount.
- Merch — Own branded merch end-to-end: concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
- Employee engagement & communications — Drive engagement across a distributed workforce, including through effective communications: advising teams on communication formats and best practices. Turn ideas into repeatable, measurable engagement initiatives.
- Global people initiatives — Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce a shared culture and a consistent employee experience everywhere we operate.
- Vendor & agency management — Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end, ideally across multiple locations or a distributed workforce.
- A creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives — not just one-off events.
- Strong stakeholder management and the maturity to operate independently, set the standard, and advise the wider People team.
- Proven experience (or strong skills) managing employee engagement through effective internal communications
- Comfort with vendor, budget, and logistics management across markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel across hubs to support local initiatives and events.
