The Reward Gateway|Edenred IT team applies technology to power our mission: enable our people to work better and wiser and fuel our growth. We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join the team and provide first-class support and improve our services as the business grows. 

The role will be focused on providing support to users in Bulgaria and overseas (both face-to-face and remotely), ensuring our people have the tools they need, wherever they are, and whatever they need to do. We use best-in-class technology platforms and tools, including Okta, Hybrid Active Directory, Office 365, Meraki, JAMF, Intune, Atlassian and many more.  

We’re excited to hear from someone who is interested in IT and is looking to develop a career. You are expected to have a solid understanding of basic IT principles and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment. 

This is a hybrid role that would require you to be in our Plovdiv office at least three days a week after your initial training is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional IT support to Reward Gateway|Edenred employees, both locally and remotely 
  • Managing and resolving service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner 
  • Administering and troubleshooting hardware and software across a mixed OS environment (70% Mac, 30% Windows and growing) 
  • Provisioning and managing user accounts, access permissions, and identity solutions using Active Directory, Azure AD and Okta 
  • Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications and services 
  • Maintaining and improving our office IT infrastructure (meeting room tech, printers, displays, etc.) 
  • Helping oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning 
  • Assisting with IT audits, security compliance, and documentation 
  • Supporting the wider team with administration and integration of various SaaS systems 
  • Contributing to internal IT projects, process automation, and system upgrades 
  • Managing the Office IT infrastructure and peripherals (desk equipment, meeting rooms equipment etc.)  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). 
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Prior experience with MacOS and/or Windows. 
  • Basic Understanding of any of the following: OKTA, SSO, AD, Microsoft Services, MDM, Security, networking concepts (e.g. VPNs, DNS, Internet protocol, proxies and basic troubleshooting). 
  • Working with deadlines or in time sensitive situation 
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently  
  • Ability to translate technical jargon for the everyday user.
