Can you make great coffee whilst resisting the temptations of BEAUTIFUL pastries? Are you someone who believes service is more than delivering plates? With a warm welcome, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for hospitality, you will make every guest feel special.
What will you be doing?
Welcoming and seating guests with genuine warmth
Preparing and serving coffee, food, and drinks with consistency and care
Taking accurate orders, including dietary preferences and special requests
Keeping bakery and dining areas clean, tidy, and inviting
Supporting events and private functions with setup and service
Handling guest queries and feedback with positivity and professionalism
Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be:
Experienced in hospitality, barista work, or a similar role (preferred)
A natural communicator with excellent people skills
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
Calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering consistent, genuine service
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What you’ll get:
£12.60 per hour (£26,208 PA FTE) PLUS a share of hotel tips
A permanent contract with 28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year)
