Job Overview

Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions. 

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Administrator to join our internal Shared Service Center and support international internal Talent Attraction Teams with end-to-end recruitment administration. This is a junior, entry-level administrative role, ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in HR and recruitment operations.

You will work closely with recruiters and HR stakeholders, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of recruitment processes across multiple countries.

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

  • Support the pre-screening of candidates based on defined criteria and recruiter guidance

    Post job advertisements on external recruitment platforms

  • Manage interview scheduling, including coordination with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

  • Prepare, draft, send, and track employment contracts and related documentation

  • Upload and maintain accurate candidate and contract data in internal HR and recruitment tools

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidate communication, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Support compliance with internal processes, data quality standards, and local requirements

  • Provide general administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle

We are looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail

  • Good written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Comfortable working with HR systems, recruitment tools, and MS Office

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way

  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in an international environment
