Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.
Your Role in our Mission:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic “Senior Revenue Operations Technology Manager” to architect, administer, and continuously optimize a holistic revenue technology ecosystem, encompassing mainly Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ but extending to other tools as required/needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve a unified technology blueprint that connects SFDC and CPQ
- Own SFDC configuration, security, release management, and user lifecycle processes.
- Enforce data integrity, field-level security, sharing rules, and process automation (flows, triggers) that scale with the business.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of the CPQ engine—managing product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
- Optimize quote-to-cash workflows for speed, accuracy, and compliance.
- Architect and monitor robust integrations (APIs, middleware) ensuring real-time or near-real-time data flow between all revenue-critical systems.
- Collaborate with BI/analytics teams to design dashboards and reports that surface actionable KPIs—pipeline health, revenue forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, churn risk.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and champion process redesign using best practices
- Pilot automation, AI, and advanced workflow solutions to reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy.
- Mentor technical administrators, developers, and analysts-fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 7+ years administering and configuring Salesforce (objects, security, automation) in enterprise or high‑growth environments
- 3+ years hands‑on with Salesforce CPQ (product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, renewals)
- Proven track record designing and maintaining multi‑system RevOps architectures (SFDC ↔ martech ↔ ERP/billing ↔ support ↔ data warehouse)
- Expertise in integrations and APIs
- Strong data modeling and governance skills to ensure a single source of truth (master data, ETL, dedupe, data quality)
- DevOps proficiency for Salesforce (CI/CD, sandbox strategy, change sets, automated testing, release management)
- Advanced Salesforce automation & development: declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder) and programmatic (Apex, triggers, test classes) with attention to governor limits and performance
- Strategic, ecosystem‑level thinker who maps business goals to end‑to‑end system solutions and multi‑quarter roadmaps
- Skilled at cross‑functional collaboration and change management (requirements workshops, stakeholder alignment, training, documentation)
- Excellent communicator and mentor
Nice to have: SFDC Certification
