PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Technical support engineer for analysis, testing, repairing of product, Module & faulty PCB’s received from field.

Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Repair & testing of PCB’s received from field with minimum repair job production 4 PCB / day
· Inventory management of repaired spare parts with detailed repair report.
· Support to spare stores team in salvaging spare parts from old / buy back / damage machines
· Repair & testing of PCB’s received from field with minimum repair job production 4 PCB / day
· Inventory management of repaired spare parts with detailed repair report.
· Support to spare stores team in salvaging spare parts from old / buy back / damage machines
· Support to commercial team for refurbishing old machines & also to repair transit damage machines for saleable stock
· Record stock & requisition of repair components, record & schedule calibration of repair tools for repair accuracy

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
Diploma in Engineering with 2 - 3 years experience in the industry.
Diploma in Engineering with 2 - 3 years experience in the industry.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize competing demands.
- Possess a positive attitude; is conscientious and responsive.
- Works well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activities.
- Exercises diligence in completing work activities with the willingness to work extra hours if needed.
- Good knowledge about use of Multimeter, OCR, SMD electronic components & Good knowledge of Microprocessor based circuit.
- Hands on experience with Soldering.
- Reasonable written and oral communication skills
