Tradesperson (Multiskilled)

As our Multiskilled Tradesperson, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Bath Spa University’s residential, academic and commercial buildings. The role will involve a wide range of building fabric repairs, including carpentry, decorating, minor plumbing, tiling and plastering, as well as supporting fire safety compliance through fire door inspections and fire stopping repairs. You will diagnose defects, work closely with Estates colleagues and specialist contractors, and provide excellent customer service to staff, students and building users. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of a diverse estate, including historic and listed buildings.

· Trade qualification.

· Recent maintenance work experience.

· H&S systems experience (RAMS, site inductions etc.)

· IT literate

· H&S training (IPAF, PASMA etc.)

· Building management system experience.

· Safety systems testing experience.
