We’re on the hunt for a Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go-to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track.

What you’ll be doing:
- Workflow Management: Direct daily priorities for the operational team to meet delivery deadlines and target output
- Quality Control: Execute comprehensive quality checks and be the go-to expert for your production stage, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialists, driving excellence in performance, training, and safety
- Results Driven: Motivate and drive a high-output team to hit daily targets
- Strategic Improvements: Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks or "Work-in-Progress" (WIP) lag to ensure consistent operational flow
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have at least 2 years experience leading/ supervising teams in fast-paced operational environments.
- You have a proven track record in quality assurance with a systematic approach to identifying and resolving defects.
- You are process-driven and organised - building and refining workflows to increase efficiency.
- You have excellent communication providing clear, direct feedback to your team and concise updates to senior management.
- You hold a current NSW driver's Licence.
