Job Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a Facility Management Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our workplace and help ensure a safe, organized, and well-maintained working environment.
The intern will work closely with the Operations team, supporting facility requests, vendors, maintenance activities, inventory, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of office facilities and workplace services.
  • Receive, track, and follow up on facility and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Assist in monitoring office cleaning, maintenance, security, and other facility services.
  • Maintain records of facility-related activities, contracts, invoices, and service requests.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and follow up on pending issues and service delivery.
  • Support office inventory management, including furniture, equipment, office supplies, and other assets.
  • Conduct regular office checks and report maintenance, safety, or facility-related issues.
  • Assist with preparing purchase requests and coordinating facility-related procurement.
  • Support office moves, seating arrangements, events, and other workplace activities when required.
  • Help maintain and update facility management documentation and procedures.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries related to facility operations and expenses.
  • Ensure facility requests are properly recorded and followed up until completion.
  • Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Operations team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Operations Management, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with facility management or workplace operations.
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills.
