Accountant (with Greek)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a stable and well-established organisation operating in a regulated, international financial environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to multi-jurisdictional entities, management reporting, and complex accounting structures, within a professional and collaborative on-site setting.
Responsibilities
Maintain full accounting records for entities registered in BVI, Cyprus, and the Marshall Islands
Prepare quarterly management accounts for BVI entities
Produce and review internal management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash with accurate supporting documentation
Support management with ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Fluent Greek and English (C1) - written and spoken
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of IFRS
Solid understanding of financial instruments, including bonds and securities
Experience with SDC and GHS payments, particularly related to rental activities
Hands-on experience with SAP, CaseWare, and Cycom
Advanced Excel skills and strong command of MS Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
High level of professionalism, accuracy, responsibility, and integrity
