We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

We are now looking for a Subsea Controls Engineer for one of our customers based in Bergen.
Duration: 15.03.26 - 14.03.27, with option for extension
Deadline for applications: 14.03.26
Responsibilities:
Deliver operational support and technical maintenance for subsea control systems across multiple assets.
Act as the discipline contact for assigned assets, providing guidance and solutions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including subsea structures, manifolds, valves, process, automation and asset contacts.
Participate in integrity assessments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for subsea equipment within subsea controls.
Deliver timely and high-quality operational support and maintenance tasks for subsea control systems.
Provide technical recommendations and solutions for equipment reliability and integrity issues.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with asset organizations.
Participate in root cause analysis, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
Work in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment focused on operational excellence and safe, efficient asset operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (preferably subsea, automation, electrical, or instrumentation).
Experience in subsea control systems and subsea umbilicals.
Experience within operations, technical integrity, and maintenance tasks.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
Experience with operational support for subsea assets and familiarity with offshore industry standards.
Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial.
