Digital Performance Media Specialist

At The Unlimited, we're building smarter ways to acquire customers and scale growth. We're looking for a Digital Performance Media Specialist who thrives on testing, optimisation and delivering measurable business results.
This role will bring a key digital capability in-house, creating greater agility, faster decision-making and stronger alignment between media investment and business outcomes. You'll take ownership of paid media performance across multiple platforms, helping us attract, convert and retain customers more effectively.
As our Digital Performance Media Specialist, you'll use data, insights and experimentation to drive customer acquisition, improve return on advertising spend, and identify opportunities to continuously optimise performance. You'll have the freedom to test, learn and scale campaigns while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure every marketing investment delivers value.
If you have:
4+ years' experience in search and performance marketing
Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital platforms
Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce environments
A track record of managing significant advertising budgets and improving ROI
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards
Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping or Mobile)
A passion for testing, optimisation and driving measurable growth
