Your Role
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in French and English
Provide accurate, complete and timely information in response to customer requests
Assess customer needs, offer appropriate solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Manage order queries, product information, billing questions and general account support
Document interactions and update internal systems with clear and detailed case notes
Escalate complex issues to specialist teams according to established procedures
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve cases efficiently
Maintain quality standards, meet performance targets and follow company policies
Your Qualifications
Fluency in French and good command of English (B2 or above)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
