We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our dynamic Food Division team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field, with strong knowledge of food-related products and chemistry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills are essential. What do we expect from the candidate?

We expect the successful candidate to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and agronomic consultation to existing and potential customers within the food and beverage sector, while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. They should be able to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and handle customer complaints with technical problem-solving. A proactive approach to monitoring sales forecasts, business pipelines, and customer visits is crucial for success in this role.

The key responsibilities:

•       Provide technical guidance related to food-grade products.

•       Conduct product demonstrations and field visits to food production facilities.

•       Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

•       Receive and process customers’ Purchase Orders (POs).

•       Prepare Sales Offers and coordinate with Finance and Planning for stock and payment confirmation.

•       Follow up with Logistics and Warehouse for order dispatching.

•       Monitor weekly sales forecast, business pipeline, and customer visits.

•       Support the sales team in achieving revenue and profit targets.

•       Handle customer complaints and provide technical problem-solving.

•       Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.

•       Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Must-Have:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.

•       Strong knowledge of chemistry or related fields food-related products.

•       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•       Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
