Customer Support Specialist - Dutch Speaking

Our client is currently looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their professional yet relaxed customer support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate, friendly, and personalised support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain oversight of player accounts and ensure accuracy in all interactions.
• Support other internal departments with occasional administrative or operational tasks—offering an excellent opportunity to learn the business from multiple angles and grow professionally.
• Work 8-hour shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• No overnight shifts required—those are already covered by a dedicated night team.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• A service-oriented individual who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• A reliable team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not required—full training is provided.
• No prior gaming industry experience needed.
