Purpose of the role:

You will audit operational workflows across product and business teams to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation opportunities.

You will design and deliver AI agents, pipelines, and internal tools — from concept through to production. Acting as an internal product owner for automation initiatives, you will write specifications, make solution decisions, and validate outcomes in collaboration with engineering and data teams.

Additionally, you will help establish an automation culture within the team by coaching colleagues, sharing best practices, and becoming the go-to expert for automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Audit operational workflows across product and business — identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation potential

  • Build and own a product automation roadmap, prioritised by effort-to-savings ratio (time and cost saved)

  • Design and ship AI agents, pipelines, and internal tools — from concept through to production

  • Act as an internal product owner for automation: write specs, make decisions, validate outcomes together with engineering and data teams

  • Build tooling that accelerates the product team itself — copilot features, intelligence layers over data, automated reporting

  • Reduce friction in operator-facing workflows — onboarding, configuration, support interactions

  • Build an automation culture in the team: coach colleagues, share practices, become the go-to expert

  • Report to CPO with clear impact metrics: hours saved, cost-per-operation reduced, operator service improved

Required Experience:

  • Experience in product operations, automation, or product management

  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and automation platforms

  • Experience building internal tools or process automation solutions

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify operational inefficiencies

  • Experience working with engineering and data teams

  • Ability to write specifications and define requirements

  • Understanding of product workflows and operational processes

  • Experience measuring impact using metrics

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Upper-Intermediate English and Russian or higher

Our Benefits:

  • Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours

  • Private insurance

  • Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year

  • Sports program compensation

  • Comprehensive Mental Health Programme

  • Free online English lessons with a native speaker

  • Generous referral program

  • Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
