Contracts Administrator
Job Overview
Generally speaking the role would be look for an administrative/procurement/legal clerk style individual or someone that has dealt with contracts and procurement activities.
Duties:
- Administer On Base Contract Management System
- Monitor contracted supplier key performance indicators
- Arrange supplier review meetings
- Prepare standard form agreement documents (this may or may not be excluded from the duties)
- Maintain the contracts register
- Assist with the tender process for key commodity groups
- Assist the Purchasing & Procurement Team as required
