Generally speaking the role would be look for an administrative/procurement/legal clerk style individual or someone that has dealt with contracts and procurement activities.

Duties:

  • Administer On Base Contract Management System
  • Monitor contracted supplier key performance indicators
  • Arrange supplier review meetings
  • Prepare standard form agreement documents (this may or may not be excluded from the duties)
  • Maintain the contracts register
  • Assist with the tender process for key commodity groups
  • Assist the Purchasing & Procurement Team as required
