Responsibility
● Perform full spectrum of HR functions (Excluded recruitment)
● Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level
● Responsible to handle monthly payroll processing for all levels and monthly reporting
● Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff
● Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office
● Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
● Well versed in processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Fluent in English
● Hands-on with a positive attitude
