How will it be to work with us?
Receive and process AOG and urgent material requests from MCC and the Logistics Department, confirming exact part/tooling/material details.
Check AMOS or relevant inventory systems to determine availability, location, and interchangeability of required parts.
Select the optimal sourcing location based on lead time, stock levels, and available shipping methods.
Arrange and coordinate shipments from pick-up to delivery — liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal stations.
Ensure continuous information flow between shipper, consignee, vendor, and forwarder throughout the shipment process.
Track and monitor shipment progress in real time, proactively resolving any delays or issues.
Process all shipment documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Confirm receipt transactions in the system upon delivery so inventory records remain up to date.
Adapt quickly to changing situations, finding the most efficient logistics solution under time-critical conditions.

What will make you succeed in this position?
Experience: 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or material management (aviation MRO/OEM experience is a plus).
Knowledge: Familiar with inventory systems (AMOS preferred), aircraft/engine/component records, and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Highly organized, analytical, a fast problem-solver, and a clear communicator under pressure.
Attitude: Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable making quick decisions in high-stakes situations.
Availability: Able to work shift patterns.
