 TFS HealthScience is a leading global, mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and functional service (FSP) solutions.

The Junior Scientific Project Specialist provides operational support in the tracking of study-related data in Veeva Vault systems (ClinOps and RIM) for Regulated Activities: Observational and Non Interventional Studies, External Research studies (IIS and ECRs) and Early Access Treatments individual requests and programs.

Responsibilities

The main tasks will be:

·         Changing the number of matched documents for an expected document

·         Changing the requiredness of an expected document

·         Reclassifying the category of a matched document

·         Finalization of initial expected document list (EDL) on trial, country, and site level for new studies

·         Adapting EDLs for milestones and events

·         Maintain study/project data up to date, following internal guidelines and process requirements.

·         Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all relevant fields and systems.

·         Proactively follow up with stakeholders to retrieve missing or incomplete information.

·         Generate system reports and document status summaries upon request.

Qualifications and requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in science related careers (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).

·         Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, clinical research, pharma)

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.

·         Experience or solid understanding of CTMS systems

·         Experience with Veeva Vault is a plus

·         English fluent in written, reading, speaking - work will be 100% in English.

·         Proficiency in Excel and document tracking tools.

·         Have a service-oriented and organized mindset.   

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
