Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within recruitment or related services.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in IT and digital sectors.
- Proven ability to develop new business relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
