Corporater is launching the Corporater Trust Portal, a next-generation web platform designed to foster trust, transparency, and data-driven insights. The portal will feature a Netflix-style catalog of curated content and subscription-based frameworks that connect organizations to trusted GPRC knowledge and services.

We are now looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our Bangalore-based team. In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered features that enhance how users discover, interact with, and benefit from content within the Trust Portal — including personalized recommendations, workflow automation, and intelligent data insights.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape an innovative global platform from its early stages, working alongside our full-stack, product, and design teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI and machine learning models into the Corporater Trust Portal.
• Build recommendation systems to personalize content discovery for users.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and data classification features to categorize and enhance portal content.
• Automate data-driven workflows and assist in decision-support systems using AI insights.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production, ensuring performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing AI frameworks and open-source models to suit Corporater’s needs.
• Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in AI, ML, NLP, and LLM integration.

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), vector databases, and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Experience integrating AI models into web-based applications or microservices architectures.
• Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL, REST APIs, and cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven search, semantic retrieval, or chatbot interfaces.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, embedding models, or recommendation algorithms.
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for ML (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
