IP Solution Manager

Riga, Latvia

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical presales support in IP/Datacom business for account managers and channel partners;

• Meet with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions;

• Deliver technical presentations and workshops for customers, partners and prospects;

• Keep up-to-date on the technology, competitive solutions, products and services;

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise Networking product line;

• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;

• Work with partners and customers to assess partnerships/relations;

• Be an expert with respect to the competition in Networking area;

• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product;

• Prepare configurations and design of Networking Products according to requirements;

• Perform product demos to customers;

• Develop sales tools and collateral;

• Brief and train the Sales people in Organization;

• Preparing marketing materials, attending conferences on behalf of Company, writing professional articles.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years IP networking experience, preferably working for system integrators or enterprise networking vendors;

• Excellent knowledge of IP networking in at least one of the following area's of specialization: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, and Security;

• CCNP/CCDP or equivalent level - CCIE certificate is highly desirable but not essential;

• Knowledge of leading enterprise networking vendors products portfolio;

• Strong communications & presentation skills;

• Fluent in Latvian and English language;

• Must be available to travel over Baltics to meet customers.
