WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

    • Help manage and support private and public cloud infrastructure of the Youforce platform and partners

    • Support automation and configuration tasks using tools like Ansible.

    • Participate in a shift rotation for monitoring system performance, uptime and solve incidents

    • Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to support system availability.

    • Learn from senior engineers and contribute ideas to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

    • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve deployments and ensure application reliability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 1 year of experience in system administration or DevOps engineering.

    • Cloud Basics: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS and networking concepts).

    • Basic experience with Docker and containerized application deployment

    • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

    • Automation: Exposure to configuration management tools like Ansible or willingness to learn.

    • Ability to work in a hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premises systems).

    • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

    • Understanding of Linux and/or Windows administration basics.

    • Understanding of backups systems, data recovery and storage best practices

    • Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.

    • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

    • Knowledge about AI and use of AI tools in order to enhance work related tasks.
