AI Transformation Consultant | Pharma (Hybrid)
Job Overview
We are looking for an "AI Transformation Consultant" to act as a digital catalyst within business units, driving the adoption of AI and automation initiatives across a global pharmaceutical environment.
In this role, you will be embedded within BI teams, focusing on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to identify, assess, and enable AI-driven and automation-based improvements in daily business operations. You will bridge business and IT, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable, sustainable value — not automation for automation’s sake.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:
• Analyze end-to-end business processes using a process-first approach, assessing whether activities should be automated, simplified, redesigned, or AI-enabled.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual tasks, evaluating where Copilot, automation, or AI capabilities add real business value.
• Translate business requirements into automation proposals, AI use cases, prototypes, and practical recommendations based on impact and feasibility.
• Act as a key enabler of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform adoption across BI teams.
• Support users in understanding not only how solutions work, but why they exist and how they improve daily activities.
• Deliver hands-on sessions, demonstrations, training, and coaching on AI and low-code tools.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand business context, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify documentation or learning gaps related to Copilot and Power Platform and propose improvements in collaboration with Digital Workplace teams.
• Promote responsible AI usage and foster an AI-aware and AI-enabled culture.
• Encourage feedback on digital solutions and translate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between business and IT, facilitating alignment and information flow.
• Attend onsite meetings and maintain availability for business travel as required.
SKILLS 🤹:
• Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks and Microsoft Copilot usage scenarios.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AI-driven tools and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and assess automation or AI value opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into end-user language and interacting confidently with executive stakeholders.
• Proactive, consultative, and mentoring mindset focused on value-driven adoption.
• Ability to act as a digital catalyst connecting business needs with enablement and improvement initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel when required.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in digital adoption, enablement initiatives, or community-based learning approaches.
• Background or strong interest in process improvement, low-code automation, or AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• University degree (preferred).
• Experience working in international or cross-functional environments.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
