David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 


About the role.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for the Live Casino business unit. This role supports the development of a strong recruitment framework and enhances the employer branding experience throughout the hiring process. The specialist collaborates closely with stakeholders, offering guidance and solutions on all talent acquisition matters.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to manage sourcing and recruitment for roles within the Live Casino business unit.
  • Apply innovative sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with agencies and search firms when outsourced recruitment support is required.
  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador to candidates and external partners.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview cycle, including job description development, candidate selection, experience management, and offer negotiation.
  • Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to review hiring needs and candidate pipeline updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights into market and competitive talent landscapes.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in Russian and fluent in English (B2).
  • Solid recruiting experience gained in an internal or external recruitment environment.
  • Experience with mass recruitment or working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven track record in candidate sourcing and strong assessment capabilities.
  • Proficiency in online research and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Jobvite.
  • Past experience in a product-driven organization is an advantage.
